Welcome to the CrusherSMP Store. By making a purchase from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payments & Purchases

  • All purchases are final.

  • Virtual items, ranks, Gems, crate keys, and other digital goods are delivered electronically and cannot be returned.

  • Attempting to chargeback, dispute, or reverse a payment after receiving purchased items may result in a permanent ban from CrusherSMP and all associated services.

Delivery

  • Most purchases are delivered automatically within a few minutes.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to server maintenance or technical issues.

  • If you do not receive your purchase within 24 hours, please contact our support team.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on digital products once they have been delivered.

  • Purchasing the wrong item does not qualify for a refund.

  • Failure to read package descriptions before purchasing does not qualify for a refund.

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the correct Minecraft username is entered during checkout.

  • CrusherSMP is not responsible for purchases made on the wrong account due to customer error.

Rank Upgrades

  • Rank upgrades are intended to progress through the rank hierarchy.

  • Purchasing a lower rank after obtaining a higher rank may result in rank changes depending on the server configuration.

  • Please ensure you are purchasing the correct package.

Server Rules

  • Purchasing items does not exempt players from following server rules.

  • All players are expected to follow the CrusherSMP rules at all times.

  • Staff reserve the right to remove access to purchased perks if they are abused.

Modifications

  • CrusherSMP reserves the right to modify, remove, rebalance, or update any package, perk, rank, feature, or item at any time in order to maintain fair gameplay.
